1 General Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using the 7u7 Asia platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding, so please read them in full before using the platform.

7u7 Asia is an international online gaming platform operating under a valid license. Our services are available only to users in countries and regions where online gaming is legally permitted.

7u7 Asia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform, and your continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 7u7 Asia, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your country of residence.
• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• The name, address, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be completely accurate.
• You may be asked to present a government-issued ID at any time for identity verification.

Accounts opened with false information may be suspended at any time and balances may be forfeited. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the identity verification (KYC) process is completed.

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Sharing your account with anyone else is not permitted.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

7u7 Asia currently supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Please review the following before making a deposit:

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits sent from third-party accounts will be returned, and the associated 7u7 Asia account may be subject to investigation.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from 7u7 Asia:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests will be sent only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day, provided the total amount remains within the daily limit.
• If unusual betting patterns or suspected fraud are detected, withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes. However, it may occasionally take longer due to banking hours or system maintenance.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7u7 Asia regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, but the general rules are:

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) must be met first.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or the same payment method will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Each bonus has an expiry date — if not used within the valid period, it will be cancelled automatically.
• In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of 7u7 Asia is final.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 7u7 Asia:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In Sports Betting, betting closes before the event begins.
• Odds may change during live betting due to technical issues.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
• 7u7 Asia reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds or as a result of technical errors.

For slot games and casino titles, the RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available within the game interface. 7u7 Asia uses verified RNG technology that is independently audited by a third party.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u7 Asia platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Placing low-risk bets with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Defrauding or threatening other members.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unfair advantage.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

7u7 Asia reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the member's own request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, unless it has been forfeited due to a terms violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

7u7 Asia is not liable for the following:

• Betting issues caused by loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment services.
• Account information is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Services are discontinued due to changes in government policy or applicable law.

7u7 Asia strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times; however, service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unexpected technical issues.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

7u7 Asia may update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification in advance.
